Applications:
Dimethyl silicone oil can increase the lubrication of condoms, enhancing their resistance to aging. The physical and chemical properties of dimethyl silicone oil are inert, meaning it does not react with any materials. Low-viscosity silicone oils exhibit strong affinity and can penetrate quickly; they distribute evenly, thereby enhancing the lubricity of condoms. Furthermore, silicone oil can improve the isolation performance between the condom body layers after rolling, extending the shelf life. The method of applying lubrication silicone oil to condoms involves delivering the condoms to the packaging machine production line, where silicone oil is dripped onto them.
Packaging and Storage:
1. The product is packaged in plastic drums of 25kg, 50kg, and galvanized drums of 200kg.
2. The product should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry place, avoiding contact with acids, bases, or any other contaminants. It should also be kept away from open flames and protected from direct sunlight.
3. The storage temperature range is from -40°C to +50°C, with a shelf life of three years. Beyond the storage period, the product can be re-examined, and if it meets the standard requirements, it can still be used.
4. This product is classified as a non-hazardous material for storage and transportation.
