Applications:
This product is designed for use in food processing, food packaging, meat processing, poultry packaging, as well as bottling and canning facilities where incidental contact with food may occur.
It effectively prevents food from sticking to conveyor belts, ovens, freezing trays, canning equipment, and cooking coils.
Additionally, it helps to inhibit grease adhesion, ensuring a cleaner work environment. Safe for use on plastics, rubber, vinyl, and foam, this product can also be utilized on O-rings, gaskets, valves, and seals.
It prevents corrosion and carbon buildup on food sealing equipment, maintaining optimal functionality.
Furthermore, it prevents the accumulation of sugars and food residues, allowing for quick and effortless cleaning.
Packaging and Storage:
1. The product is packaged in plastic drums of 25kg, 50kg, and galvanized drums of 200kg.
2. The product should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry place, avoiding contact with acids, bases, or any other contaminants. It should also be kept away from open flames and protected from direct sunlight.
3. The storage temperature range is from -40°C to +50°C, with a shelf life of three years. Beyond the storage period, the product can be re-examined, and if it meets the standard requirements, it can still be used.
4. This product is classified as a non-hazardous material for storage and transportation.
